This is the Yankee Modelworks kit of the USS Farenholt, in 1/350th scale, as she appeared in late 1942. The kit is approximately 12 inches long. I did a detailed build article on this kit, which can be viewed at Modelwarships.com in their Featured Articles section. This was my first foray into the world of resin ship modeling, many years ago; I’m pretty sure I started this project in the 1990s. To this day, I’m quite pleased with the results. Sure, there are mistakes, but I learned a lot on this, my first resin model kit ever.
